So we have the 3rd edition this year, it's gonna be fun :-)

All entries must be received by JANUARY 5 RD, 2010.
FIRST PLACE: 24 sets of EMP strings
SECOND PLACE: 12 sets of EMP strings.
THIRD PLACE: 6 sets of EMP strings.

Hey guys, So it snowed yesterday so I got some photo's for the contest. I need some clarification on the rules first though, is it just one photo per person because I'm finding it hard to choose my favourite out of the pictures I took.
Another thing is are we aloud photoshop, I don't mean to add anything into the photo but just for photo effects like black and white etc?
